Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz.) can low-sodium black beans, drained
- 1 (15-oz.) can whole-kernel corn, drained
- 3 bell peppers (red, green, and orange), finely diced
- 1 small purple onion, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
- ½ tablespoon Chef Merito® Lime Juice
- 2 teaspoons Chef Merito® Chicken Seasoning
- 1½ teaspoons Chef Merito® Garlic Powder
Preparation
- Drain black beans and corn in a colander. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear, then set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the drained beans, corn, chopped peppers, onion, and cilantro.
- Add Chef Merito® Chicken Seasoning and Garlic Powder.
- Mix together and serve with chips.
