Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Flat iron steak (or your favorite meat)
- 2 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Steak & Meat Seasoning
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Lemon Pepper
- ½ white onion, diced
- Corn or Flour Tortillas
Optional Garnish
- Pico de Gallo (see our recipe HERE)
- Cilantro
- Sour Cream
Preparation
- Rub the flat iron steak with meat seasoning, olive oil, lemon pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Let it marinate for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to 375°F. Grill each side of the steak for 8 minutes, then slice or cube the meat.
- Warm up the tortillas, then add the steak and top with diced onions, cilantro, sour cream, and/or Pico de Gallo.
