Ingredients
- 1 lb. Top sirloin or thick cut of preference
- 1 large red or yellow onion, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 cup pineapple, cut into 1” pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Olive or vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Steak and Meat Seasoning
- 8 bamboo or steel skewers
Preparation
- If using bamboo or wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Cut steak, vegetables, and pineapple into 1” pieces.
- Mix beef and vegetables in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, and add Chef Merito® Steak and Meat Seasoning. Let sit for 20 minutes while the grill preheats to medium-high heat.
- Thread skewers, alternating meat and vegetables.
- Cook on the grill until the desired doneness is achieved. Serve!
Tip: You can replace beef with chicken, firm fish, or shrimp! For a vegetarian or vegan alternative, try using extra firm tofu!
