Ingredients
- 2 cups White rice
- 2 cups Water
- 6 oz. Chef Merito® Chicken Marinade
- 1 oz. Olive Oil
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, mix all ingredients together at medium heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook approximately 20 minutes. Wait 5 minutes and serve.
Rice Cooker:
Mix all ingredients above in the rice cooker. Set the timer button to cook; the bell will ring when the rice is ready. Wait 5 minutes. Fluff and serve.
Frying Your Rice:
Heat oil, add the rice. Fry and stir constantly, then immediately add marinade and keep frying for 3-5 minutes. Add water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 25 minutes.
