Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp. Chef Merito® Shrimp Seasoning
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 8 bamboo skewers
Preparation
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes (this reduces burning of the sticks).
- Thread 4 to 5 shrimp onto each skewer.
- Brush the shrimp with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with Chef Merito® Shrimp Seasoning.
- Heat an outdoor grill or stovetop grilling pan.
- Place the skewers over the heat until cooked through or no longer transparent and slightly charred, about 3 minutes. Cook on the other side.
- Serve with rice.
