Ingredients
- 8 hamburger buns
- 8 vegetarian patties of choice
- 2 tsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Salt
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 8 leaves of lettuce
- Mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to taste
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Place patties on a cookie sheet, season with Chef Merito® Garlic Salt, and bake for about 10 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Place buns in the oven for the last 4 minutes to heat.
- Assemble burgers by layering lettuce, patties, tomato, and onion.
- Add sauces to your liking.
- Serve with a side of oven-fried sweet potato fries seasoned with Chef Merito® Garlic Salt.
