Yuca Fries with Mojo Mayo

Ingredients

  • 2 yucas, peeled and sliced as fries
  • 1 Tbsp Chef Merito® Adobo powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Mojo Mayo

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Chef Merito® Mojo Criollo marinade
  • 1 Tbsp Chef Merito® Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Chef Merito® Ground Pepper
  • 1 small bunch of chopped cilantro

Instructions

1. Peel and cut yuca. Boil the yuca for 5 minutes.

2. Season the yuca with Chef Merito’s Adobo powder and olive oil, mix well.

3. Air fry the yuca at 400°F for 26 minutes, mixing halfway through.

Mojo Sauce Instructions

1. Place mayonnaise, Chef Merito® Garlic Powder, Chef Merito® Ground Pepper, cilantro, and Chef Merito® Mojo Criollo Marinade into a mixing bowl and mix well.
