Ingredients
- 2 lbs. jumbo raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup Chef Merito® Adobo Costillas Nortenas
- 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, Chef Merito® Adobo Costillas Nortenas, Chef Merito® Lime Juice, cilantro, and garlic.
- Add the shrimp, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with foil.
- Place the shrimp on the baking sheet in a single layer, discarding any extra marinade.
- Bake for 10 minutes, just until the shrimp are pink, firm, and cooked through.
- Serve with rice or enjoy as an appetizer.
