Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced into wedges
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Chicken Seasoning
- 4 Tbsp. Olive oil
Preparation
Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice into wedges. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add all the vegetables and sauté. Add the Chef Merito® Chicken Seasoning and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for approximately 12-13 minutes until potatoes are done, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve.

You can cook over an outdoor grill by replacing the skillet with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
