Ingredients
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, no sugar added, with juice
- 6 oz. coconut cream (not milk)
- 6 oz. rum (your preference)
- 2 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Lemon Juice
- 2 cups crushed ice
- ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Fajitas Seasoning (or to taste)
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together well using a knife blade, hand mixer, or blender.
- Serve in a tumbler or a Piña Colada glass.
