Ingredients
- 6 Hotdogs, long
- 6 Hotdog buns
- 1 tsp. Chef Merito® Steak and Meat Seasoning
- ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Black Pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Preparation
- Grill the hotdogs. Set aside and keep warm.
- Sauté the onions and peppers over medium heat with vegetable oil.
- Season with Chef Merito® Steak and Meat Seasoning, Chef Merito® Garlic Powder, and Chef Merito® Black Pepper.
- Assemble by placing each hotdog in a warmed-up bun, top with the sautéed onions and bell peppers, and drizzle some sour cream on top.
