LA Street Hotdog

Ingredients

  • 6 Hotdogs, long
  • 6 Hotdog buns
  • 1 tsp. Chef Merito® Steak and Meat Seasoning
  • ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Black Pepper
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Preparation

  1. Grill the hotdogs. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. Sauté the onions and peppers over medium heat with vegetable oil.
  3. Season with Chef Merito® Steak and Meat Seasoning, Chef Merito® Garlic Powder, and Chef Merito® Black Pepper.
  4. Assemble by placing each hotdog in a warmed-up bun, top with the sautéed onions and bell peppers, and drizzle some sour cream on top.
  5. Enjoy!
