Ingredients
- 6 ears of fresh corn, husks and silk removed
- 6 Tbsp. (¾ stick) butter, softened
- 1⅛ tsp. Chef Merito® Meat Seasoning
- Lime wedges
Preparation
- Grill corn over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or until soft and lightly charred, turning occasionally.
- Spread butter over the corn.
- Lightly sprinkle with the seasoning.
- Squeeze lime juice over the corn and serve.
