Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, husks removed
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Cotija cheese
- 1 lime, quartered
- Chef Merito® Sal, Chile y Limón to taste
- 4 corn skewers
Preparation
- Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove corn husks and clean well, cutting any cob that doesn’t have kernels.
- Grill corn until charred on all sides, about 7-10 minutes, depending on grill heat.
- Insert a skewer into each ear of corn and spread mayonnaise on them.
- Sprinkle with Cotija cheese and Chef Merito® Sal, Chile y Limón to taste.
- Drizzle melted butter and serve with a lime wedge.
