Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover grilled or roasted chicken, skin and bones removed and finely chopped
- ½ cup celery, finely diced
- ⅓ cup red onion, finely diced
- ½ cup mayonnaise of choice
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. Chef Merito® Chicken Seasoning
- ¼ cup cilantro, finely cut
- 4 bread rolls of choice
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well blended and serve over warmed bread rolls. Enjoy!
