Garlic Shrimp

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. prawns or extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 tsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. dry cooking wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Fish Seasoning
  • ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Fajitas Marinade
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add Chef Merito® Fish Seasoning and Chef Merito® Garlic Salt. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp, stir, and cook for about 7 minutes or until pink.
  4. Add Chef Merito® Lime Juice and dry cooking wine. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add Chef Merito® Fajita Marinade and stir.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle parsley over the dish. Serve immediately.

Suggestions:

Serve with rice or bread to dip in and absorb the garlic-flavored oil.
