Shrimp Linguini

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. linguini
  • ½ lb. medium shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Fajitas Seasoning
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are tender and pink.
  3. Remove from heat. Add the pasta, Chef Merito® Fajitas seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Toss together until well coated.
  4. Serve warm.
