Ingredients
- 12 oz. linguini
- ½ lb. medium shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Fajitas Seasoning
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are tender and pink.
- Remove from heat. Add the pasta, Chef Merito® Fajitas seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Toss together until well coated.
- Serve warm.
