Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz.) can low-sodium black beans, drained
  • 1 (15-oz.) can whole-kernel corn, drained
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, and orange), finely diced
  • 1 small purple onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • ½ tablespoon Chef Merito® Lime Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Chef Merito® Chicken Seasoning
  • 1½ teaspoons Chef Merito® Garlic Powder

Preparation

  1. Drain black beans and corn in a colander. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear, then set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained beans, corn, chopped peppers, onion, and cilantro.
  3. Add Chef Merito® Chicken Seasoning and Garlic Powder.
  4. Mix together and serve with chips.
