Ingredients
- 12 oz. Fresh fish, assorted, skinless, boneless, cut into ½“ pieces (examples: mahi-mahi, shark, snapper, tuna, sea bass, halibut, salmon)
- 3 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 tsp. Chef Merito® Fish Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Red bell pepper, diced 1/8”
- 2 Tbsp. Green bell pepper, diced 1/8”
- ¼ cup Cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Red onion, diced 1/8”
- 4 tsp. Jalapeno, diced 1/8”
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato, seeded, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Avocado, diced ¼”
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together (except for the avocado) in a non-reactive bowl and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
- Before serving, mix in the avocado.
- Accompany with warm tortilla chips.
