Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Salt
- 8 flour tortillas or as needed
Preparation
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and Chef Merito® Garlic Salt.
- Place strips of chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 7 minutes.
- Add the onion and bell peppers and cook for another 7-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Adjust Chef Merito® Garlic Salt to taste.
- Serve over warmed tortillas and garnish with your preferred toppings.
