Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 5 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a small pot, add vegetable oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic cloves, sugar, and Chef Merito® Garlic Salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour the sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
  4. Add toasted sesame seeds and scallions. Toss to incorporate.
  5. Serve warm or cold as a side dish. Enjoy!
