Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 5 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Salt
- 2 Tbsp. toasted Sesame Seeds
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
Preparation
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a small pot, add vegetable oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic cloves, sugar, and Chef Merito® Garlic Salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
- Add toasted sesame seeds and scallions. Toss to incorporate.
- Serve warm or cold as a side dish. Enjoy!
