Ingredients
- 2 yucas, peeled and sliced as fries
- 1 Tbsp Chef Merito® Adobo powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Mojo Mayo
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Chef Merito® Mojo Criollo marinade
- 1 Tbsp Chef Merito® Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chef Merito® Ground Pepper
- 1 small bunch of chopped cilantro
Instructions
1. Peel and cut yuca. Boil the yuca for 5 minutes.
2. Season the yuca with Chef Merito’s Adobo powder and olive oil, mix well.
3. Air fry the yuca at 400°F for 26 minutes, mixing halfway through.
Mojo Sauce Instructions
1. Place mayonnaise, Chef Merito® Garlic Powder, Chef Merito® Ground Pepper, cilantro, and Chef Merito® Mojo Criollo Marinade into a mixing bowl and mix well.
