Grilled Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Top sirloin or thick cut of preference
  • 1 large red or yellow onion, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into 1” pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Steak and Meat Seasoning
  • 8 bamboo or steel skewers

Preparation

  1. If using bamboo or wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut steak, vegetables, and pineapple into 1” pieces.
  3. Mix beef and vegetables in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, and add Chef Merito® Steak and Meat Seasoning. Let sit for 20 minutes while the grill preheats to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread skewers, alternating meat and vegetables.
  5. Cook on the grill until the desired doneness is achieved. Serve!

Tip: You can replace beef with chicken, firm fish, or shrimp! For a vegetarian or vegan alternative, try using extra firm tofu!
