Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef, lean
- 2 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Adobo para Costillas Norteñas
- 1 Onion, grated
- ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Salt
- ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Black Pepper
- ½ cup Chef Merito® Plain Bread Crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 Slices of Cotta Salami mini rolls
- 4-6 Hamburger Buns
Garnish
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Pickles
- Avocado
- Manchego Cheese
Preparation
- Place the salami on a wire rack over a baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, Chef Merito® Adobo para Costillas Norteñas, Chef Merito® Garlic Salt, Chef Merito® Black Pepper, Chef Merito® Plain Bread Crumbs, and eggs.
- Form mini patties and grill for 5 to 8 minutes per side.
- To assemble the hamburgers, add Manchego cheese, tomato, pickles, and jalapeño; top with crispy salami.
