Hamburguesa Norteñas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef, lean
  • 2 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Adobo para Costillas Norteñas
  • 1 Onion, grated
  • ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Chef Merito® Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 Slices of Cotta Salami mini rolls
  • 4-6 Hamburger Buns

Garnish

  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pickles
  • Avocado
  • Manchego Cheese

Preparation

  1. Place the salami on a wire rack over a baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, Chef Merito® Adobo para Costillas Norteñas, Chef Merito® Garlic Salt, Chef Merito® Black Pepper, Chef Merito® Plain Bread Crumbs, and eggs.
  3. Form mini patties and grill for 5 to 8 minutes per side.
  4. To assemble the hamburgers, add Manchego cheese, tomato, pickles, and jalapeño; top with crispy salami.
