Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs. Sirloin steak
- ½ cup Chef Merito® Meat Marinade
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1-8 oz. Chef Merito® Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Preparation
- Marinate the steaks with Chef Merito® Meat Marinade for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Beat the eggs in a medium-sized bowl and place the Chef Merito® Seasoned Bread Crumbs in a shallow dish.
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and drain the marinade.
- Dip each steak into the beaten egg mixture, then into the Chef Merito® Seasoned Bread Crumbs, covering them well on both sides.
- Add cooking oil to a large skillet and place over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot enough, fry the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Suggestion:
Use breaded steaks to make delicious sandwiches or serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.
