Al Pastor Esquites
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Corn kernels (canned)
- 3 oz. Mayonnaise
- 1 oz. Butter
- 1 oz. Cotija, grated
- 1 oz. Chef Merito® Sal, Chile y Limón
Assembly
- Heat up the corn kernels, folding in the mayonnaise and butter.
- Scoop the mixture into the bowl of your choice.
- Top with grated Cotija and Chef Merito® Sal, Chile y Limón seasoning.
- Finish with Al Pastor.
Al Pastor
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground pork or diced pork
- 2 oz. Chef Merito® Adobo para Carne al Pastor
Preparation
- In a skillet or medium saucepan, mix the lean ground or diced pork with 2 oz. of Chef Merito® Adobo para Carne al Pastor.
- Cook over medium to low heat for approximately 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently until the meat is cooked through.
