Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp. Chef Merito® Fish Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • ½ cup tomato, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, diced
  • 8 four-inch tortillas (corn tortillas can also be used)

Sour Cream Dressing:

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. Chef Merito® Fish Seasoning

Combine both ingredients and mix well.

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and Chef Merito® Fish Seasoning. Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
  3. Serve the shrimp in warmed tortillas with diced tomato, avocado, and top with sour cream dressing and fresh cilantro.
