Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp. Chef Merito® Fish Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- ½ cup tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro, diced
- 8 four-inch tortillas (corn tortillas can also be used)
Sour Cream Dressing:
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. Chef Merito® Fish Seasoning
Combine both ingredients and mix well.
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and Chef Merito® Fish Seasoning. Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
- Serve the shrimp in warmed tortillas with diced tomato, avocado, and top with sour cream dressing and fresh cilantro.
